Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Some items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Further Assistance: If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us with our support.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items
